# How do I add a digital card to my phone?

## How to add a digital card you receive by email or mobile phone.

As a recipient, to access a digital card, once the email or text has been received download the “Love Local” app to your device. Once it is downloaded, click on the next button & scroll through the brief user guide until you get to the sign up page.

Enter your details (exactly the same as the ones on your email/text advising that you have received a gift card) & click on next.

You will be asked for some personal details (postcode & date of birth) and then to create a password for the site. You will then be asked to verify your phone number with a 4 digit code; verify & create your account. You will then have to use your email address to create an account & then to complete the process verify your email address.

At this point an image of your gift card should appear on the screen. Underneath this there should be a bar you can click to add to your Apple Wallet (Google Pay), click on this, it should say your card is available & then click on next Apple Wallet will be “talking” to your card issuer. You will then need to agree to the “T’s & C’s”. Your card should then be added to your wallet & you should have the option to set it as the default card.
