# How do I check or change my gift-card balance / unlock /  extend it?

• **Unlock** –Complete this quick form and we will unlock your cards within 24 hours

 

• **Balance enquiry** – Go to https://www.getmybalance.com/ and enter your card number to view the remaining balance on the card.  
• **Expiry extension** – Within 30 days before or after expiry, ask us to extend it (for a period of 90 days).
