Gift Card Expiry Dates and Validity
Physical gift cards have 12 months validity from the date they are loaded, this should be noted in your cardholder when you receive the gift card.
NB. Some cards may show an expiry date printed on the card. THIS IS THE PLASTIC EXPIRATION DATE and is not the expiration of the money on the gift card.
If you have a digital card/e-card - they do not have an expiration date, however after 12 months a £2.50 monthly fee will apply to any unspent funds, until the funds are £0.
