I bought a digital gift voucher recently but have not received the activation text with the code. Are you able to help?

If you purchased a digital card & sent it directly to a recipient other than yourself, you will not see the activation code. The activation code whether sent via email or text message only goes to the recipient named on the order.

If the email address or mobile number is incorrect on the order, please email us as soons as possible with the order number & correct details at support@mi-cnx.com
