Troubleshooting if your payment is not going through for your order
If you are having problems processing your payment please check if the following things are correctly input:
1. Your card details are correct. Card numbers will be 16 digits long; expiry please only put in 4 digits; CSV will be three digits (or four if using American Express Cards).
2. Your name is spelt correctly.
3. Your full address matches the one connected to the bank account of the card you are paying with.
