What to do if a card is not swiping through on a terminal
If the card is not swiping, check the mac strip (the black strip across the back of the card). This may be damaged, bent or scratched. If this is the case please contact us on the email below to request a replacement card.
If the mac strip looks okay, ask the staff member to check the terminal swipe function is working, they may need to clean the swipe function of dust and debris if it is an older machine.
