I cannot get into my digital account on Love Local and it does not recognise my password. What do I do?

When I try to log in the system doesn’t do anything, so I put in ‘forgot password’ and used the link to reset password. When I had put the new password in and tried to log in, it again didn’t let me in and then stated that the reset time had expired.
