TCGC Client Merchant Onboarding Flow

Detailing how a merchant is onboarded via the client form

  • The client and business complete the Merchant Onboarding Form (Jotform Client Onboarding Form Universal)
  • A Thank You email is then generated



  • An Airtable entry is then created and  the business status will show as blank
  • Once the merchant onboarding team have checked the test transaction is completed they will change the status will be changed to Pending Sync
  • An email is then automatically generated for airtable to EML



  • EML link the business to the programme 
  • EML then reply to this email and confirm that the business is linked. This email is sent to the Merchantonboarding@mi-cnx.com mailbox
  • The merchant onboarding team then set the status of the business in airtable to linked and live
  • Airtable then generates an email to the business 



  • An email is also sent to the client to advise them that the business is now live


Registration Transaction Not Completed


  • If the businesses registration test transaction cannot be found then the status on airtable is set to transaction required
  • An email is then generated by airtable to the client to prompt them to visit the business to do a reswipe
  • It is the account managers responsibility to check that the client has completed this reswipe






  • A notification is sent from airtable to Slack - New Business Channel
  • Business is then added to the relevant product page on the website - this can take up to 5 working days
  • The entry on the slack channel is then marked with the tick emoji to show it has been added to the website
