TCGC Client Merchant Onboarding Flow
Detailing how a merchant is onboarded via the client form
- The client and business complete the Merchant Onboarding Form (Jotform Client Onboarding Form Universal)
- A Thank You email is then generated
- An Airtable entry is then created and the business status will show as blank
- Once the merchant onboarding team have checked the test transaction is completed they will change the status will be changed to Pending Sync
- An email is then automatically generated for airtable to EML
- EML link the business to the programme
- EML then reply to this email and confirm that the business is linked. This email is sent to the Merchantonboarding@mi-cnx.com mailbox
- The merchant onboarding team then set the status of the business in airtable to linked and live
- Airtable then generates an email to the business
- An email is also sent to the client to advise them that the business is now live
Registration Transaction Not Completed
- If the businesses registration test transaction cannot be found then the status on airtable is set to transaction required
- An email is then generated by airtable to the client to prompt them to visit the business to do a reswipe
- It is the account managers responsibility to check that the client has completed this reswipe
- A notification is sent from airtable to Slack - New Business Channel
- Business is then added to the relevant product page on the website - this can take up to 5 working days
- The entry on the slack channel is then marked with the tick emoji to show it has been added to the website
