What does "transaction required" mean?

This means that either a business new to the program has not completed their test transaction successfully, or that a business has become unlinked from the program. This can occur if a business changes their payment terminal.

In this case please arrange for the business to swipe their terminals and inform merchantonboarding@mi-cnx.com  and your account manager of the business name, card used to swipe and the date of swipe. With this information we can relink the business. When this process is complete, the status will change to "linked and live".
