Can you extend my Town & City Gift Card?

Card Extension Policy

If due to exceptional circumstances you have been unable to spend the balance of your gift card we can extend the expiry date on a case by case basis. 

We will need to connect you to one of the team to assess and facilitate this request. 

We will need to know the following details:

• The Long Card Number printed on the back of the card
• The Expiry Date
• The Exceptional circumstances
