Troubleshooting if a digital card will not load to a phone
If the recipient is having trouble activating their digital gift card, please check the following:
- Is the email address or phone number correct? This needs to be the recipients email address or their mobile number, not the person who purchased the card. If this is incorrect please contact us to amend and resend.
- Have they downloaded the Love Local App? To activate the digital card, you must first add the Love Local App to your phone, where you can then activate the digital card and add to your wallet on your phone. https://townandcitygiftcards.com/love-local-mobile-app/
- Are they using the same email address to login to the Love Local App as the one they received the digital card through? The email address needs to be the same on their love local account as the one used to send the digital gift card. Please contact us to amend if this is not the case, or logout of Love Local and you can re-sign up using the correct email address, or change in your settings.
