We understand that you want to receive your Town & City Gift Cards order as soon as possible and our team aim to ship physical Gift Card orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We'll send you an email once your Gift Card has been dispatched.
If your Town & City Gift Card is for a specific occasion, we recommend allowing plenty of time for your order to be shipped and to arrive with you. You can check on any Royal Mail delays on the Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail the next working day, including Saturdays, and 2nd class mail has a delivery time of two to three working days.
