How to process your gift card for payment if the swipe function will not work

If you have cards that begin with the long number 5387, you can perform a cardholder not present transaction or payment link by entering the long card number, expiry date and CVV (found on the reverse of the card above the QR code). 

If your card begins with 1000, then please call EML on 0121 268 3210 where the support team can provide you with the expiry date and CVV code for the card.
