My digital Town & City Gift Card hasn’t arrived with the recipient

From 23rd April 2026, when you purchase a Town & City Gift Cards digital e-card, it’ll take up to 12 hours for the card to arrive with your chosen recipient. If you purchased a digital e-card and it hasn’t arrived with the recipient after 12 hours, please get in touch with our team at support@mi-cnx.com
