Troubleshooting when a payment is declined or does not go through on website

If your payment is declined or does not go through, check the address you are entering matches the exact address your bank holds for the card you are using.

If you are using a corporate card, double check with the company what address you need to enter as it is often the case that corporate cards are not registered to the business address
