My order has not been accepted but payment has been taken from my account?

When making a purchase, your bank will put a temporary hold on the funds until the transaction has finalised. If the transaction is successful then the funds will be removed from your account. However if the transaction fails then your bank will release the funds back into your account. This does not happen instantaneously so there will be a short delay between the transaction failing & the funds being release back into your account.
