Please Note - Any orders placed after 15th December via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail can take up to 5 working days to deliver this class of post at this time of year & they do not provide a tracking facility, therefore we cannot provide specific tracking details. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days since your order please contact us.
There are a variety of postage options to send your Town & City Gift Card:
Royal Mail 2nd Class, our team aim to ship physical Gift Card orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We'll send you an email once your Gift Card has been dispatched.
Royal Mail 1st Class, our team aim to ship physical Gift Card orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We'll send you an email once your Gift Card has been dispatched.
Express (Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm the following day) sent on the same day if ordered before 1pm.
International (Royal Mail International Standard – 4 to 14 Days) - sent on the next working day if orderd before 1pm.
